1. Before shipping, you must  fill in the  Accession Form  send us by E-mail. 

2. Wait for response. Your curator will contact you as soon as possible.

  Please prepare the shipment according to these instructions. A printed and signed version of the accession     form must be included in the package that contains the strain

3. Once preservation and all quality checks are done we will send you the CCTCC accession number and     certificate（15-20 days）.   

  The deposit of strains in the open collection is free of charge.              

4. The strain information will be disclosed in CCTCC website and available to the international scientific       community when it was published or deposited 3 years.
